In 2009 I was invited by the E-learning Models Coordinator for Staffordshire University to participate in an on-line event for her Best Practice evaluation of professionals in colleges, higher education and private training.
I showed the students a digital story about digital storytelling and then we had a video conference where I presented a case for digital storytelling as a means for students to connect more fully with people with difficulties and disabilities.
The event was delivered live and enabled the students to interact with myself and other students.
