In Digital Storytelling any art form can be integrated with new technology and the age old art of storytelling.  Combining new media with traditional arts particularly in digital storytelling ensures digital inclusion in a way which takes the 'fear' out of new technology.  Participants learn new skills in a safe and comfortable environment and can use these new skills confindently in today's technicalogically driven environment for personal advancement and esteem.
